Customized Item Return Policy

For customized items, we only fix issues — refunds or returns are not allowed. If you notice any issue in your customized product, we will repair it. For example, if the size is correct but the color has been customized, the item is considered non-refundable.

Since we offer made-to-order, customized furniture, Khaled Curtains Furniture Trading LLC has a strict NO REFUND and NO RETURN policy on all customized furniture products.

Purchases That Are Not Refundable

The following categories are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Assembled or disassembled items

  • Open sofas, beds, or installed MDF items/furniture

  • Used bedding (bed linens, duvets, pillows, pillow-tops)

  • Mattresses or upholstered products without law labels

  • Made-to-measure items (custom or on-demand manufactured)

  • Products that have been modified, altered, or washed

Mode of Cancellation

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order (online or via sales agent).

  • After 24 hours, bank charges (depending on the invoice amount) will be deducted.

  • Customized orders are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.
