Products
All products sold are brand new, undamaged, and have never been used. Khaled Curtains Furniture Trading LLC retains ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received for such products.
We work closely with our vendors and customers to make 100% certain that all product colors, dimensions, and photos are exact. However, there may be minor discrepancies due to screen resolution or other factors. Any questions or concerns about color or size must be clarified before placing your order. Khaled Curtains Furniture Trading LLC will not be responsible for minor differences between what was advertised and the delivered product. All product information is provided by us.
Shipping
Self-Delivery: The majority of furniture offered for sale by Khaled Curtains Furniture Trading LLC falls into this category. Our trained furniture delivery specialists will schedule your delivery in advance. At the scheduled appointment, our team will deliver your furniture inside your home, unpack it, assemble it in your chosen room, and remove all excess packaging materials.
For some orders, delivery may be up to your building entrance only, and the customer will be responsible for moving items inside and assembling if required. If you have any questions about the delivery process, please contact our specialists at +971 54 345 7641.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, customers must call or email Khaled Curtains Furniture Trading LLC. Please send us a cancellation request at curtainsfurniturestore@gmail.com or call +971 54 345 7641. Requests for cancellation are only complete once confirmed by our team.
Orders may be cancelled within 1 business day without restocking fees or delivery charges.
Cancellations after this period will follow our standard Cancellation Policy.
If an order is cancelled through Tabby payment, a 7% charge of the invoice amount will be deducted.
Damages
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Despite careful handling and premium delivery partners, damages may occur in rare cases.
Any damage must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.
For customized products, returns are not accepted; however, repairs will be offered.
If damage is noted at delivery, we will provide replacement parts, repair services, or other remedies at no cost. Remedies may include professional furniture repair by our technicians.

Order Confirmation: Customers are responsible for reviewing order confirmation details. If you did not receive a confirmation email or notice any errors, you must notify Khaled Curtains Furniture Trading LLC within 24 hours.
Measurements: Before placing an order, customers must measure the space to ensure the furniture fits. If an item cannot fit and needs to be returned, the cancellation policy will apply.
